Playmobil is a classic German line of imaginative playsets, still manufactured in the European Union today. Taking the idea of playing with figures out of just the dollhouse realm, we love that these sets introduce landscapes both familiar (the zoo!) and fantastical (an underwater mermaid realm) and provide the foundation for children to imagine whatever story they want and bring it to life.
