Story Time
Tuesdays from 11:30am-12:00pm
Start at “Once Upon a Time,” and then go on an amazing adventure all the way until “Happily Ever After.” Stories are the perfect way to stimulate the imagination and entertain the mind, so come in to Henry Bear’s Park and enjoy a classic story told by one of Henry Bear’s friends! Visit far-away lands, go under the sea or into outer space, and all without leaving Henry Bear’s Park! Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.

Saturdays & Sundays from 2:00pm-4:00pm
Come stretch those creative muscles with arts and crafts at Henry Bear's Park! From coloring contests to take home projects, each weekend we'll have a different crafty activity for kids. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.

Come flex your creativity and get crafty in Newburyport with us! Each Wednesday & Sunday we have a different themed craft project for kids to stop by and complete. Whether it's making a friendship bracelet for your favorite garden gnome or designing a paper spaceship, it's sure to be fun for everyone!

Music Time with Rebekah Zabinski
Thursday from 11:30am-12:00pm
Come get musical with us as Rebekah Zabinski hosts a melodious hour of music-making using a variety of instruments and hands on activities. Rebekah's extensive background in music will inspire young musicians to get creative and sing and groove along to the beat! Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.
