My Discovery Telescope

This is an ideal first telescope for younger children! Its size makes it portable and easy for smaller hands to control, and the monocular design is less challenging for those new to viewing through lenses. We've found the 12x magnification strong enough to view the surface of the moon and almost anything else we've amied it at, and think this telescope serves as a gateway to more sophisticated models as children get older.
