Coated heavy cardboard, very durable, very brightly printed. Set comes with vehicles and structure pieces. Adorable vehicles are made of soft PVC and are washable. Each block is colorful with great graphics on all sides that show emergency service buildings, including a number to encourage recognition and ordered stacking. Boxes nest for easy storage when not in use. Set includes 5 blocks and 3 vehicles.
