Take your hopscotch game to the next level! You can make your obstacle course as difficult or as easy as you want - all that matters is getting out some energy. If it rains, you can start all over again with some new ideas.
2. Take Story Time Outside
Grab an old favorite and find a comfy spot in the sun. While reading isn't the most physical activity, you're still working your mind and getting some fresh air while you do it!
3. Do Some Gardening
Start flexing those green thumbs and get down in the dirt. Gardening is great for getting outside and relieving stress in kids and adults alike. If you don't have an outdoor space, doing some indoor gardening can still be fun and educational!
